These Terms of Service explain the conditions under which customers may browse our website, purchase our products and use our services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
1. Our Products
Player Prep supplies personalised football products, sports accessories and gifts, including custom shin pads, water bottles, gift boxes, clothing, team accessories and related products.
Many items are made or personalised specifically for individual customers, teams and football clubs.
We aim to display accurate product images, specifications and descriptions. Minor variations in colours, print positioning and finished appearance may occur due to materials, screens and production methods.
Products supplied must comply with their descriptions and applicable consumer rights.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The full price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before an order is placed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
3. Personalised Orders
Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of submitted names, numbers, spellings, sizes, photographs, logos and design instructions.
Where possible, we will accommodate amendments requested before production begins. However, changes may not be possible once artwork preparation or production has started.
Customers submitting photographs, logos or other artwork confirm that they have the necessary permission to use those materials for the requested personalisation.
We may decline requests involving material that is unlawful, offensive or infringes intellectual property rights.
Any restrictions in this section do not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
4. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated order acknowledgement.
If we cannot fulfil an order because of stock availability, production difficulties or another genuine issue, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.
For large team and club orders, agreed quantities, designs, prices and delivery arrangements should be confirmed before production.
5. Production and Delivery
Personalised goods may require preparation and production before dispatch.
Delivery costs and available services are presented at checkout. Choosing an expedited delivery service does not necessarily shorten production time.

We comply with applicable statutory delivery obligations, including delivery without undue delay and within 30 days unless another delivery period is agreed.
6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Non-personalised products purchased online are generally subject to the statutory 14-day cancellation right.
Goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right.
This exception does not remove your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

7. Intellectual Property
The Player Prep name, original website content, photographs, designs and other materials belonging to our business must not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Third-party football club names, logos, trademarks and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Website Use
Customers must not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes, attempt to compromise website security or interfere with its operation.
We may take proportionate action to prevent misuse of our services.
9. Liability and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by law.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer legislation.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in a court that applies to you.
