We personalise and dispatch football gifts and accessories for customers across the UK and overseas. Shipping options and charges for your particular basket are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

UK delivery costs

For products on our standard UK delivery profile, Standard delivery is £2.99, Express is £5.99 and Next Day is £7.99. Charges may differ for special promotions, team orders or products using other delivery profiles. The checkout total is the definitive delivery charge for your order.

Production and dispatch

Personalised products are made to order, so artwork, personalisation and production take place before dispatch. A faster delivery service applies to the shipping stage after dispatch, not to production. A Next Day service does not guarantee delivery the day after ordering a personalised product. Larger club or team orders may need extra preparation time. Please contact us before buying if you have a fixed deadline such as a birthday, match or tournament.

Delivery times and international orders

We will follow any delivery timeframe agreed with you when ordering. Unless a different period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days in accordance with UK consumer law. We will contact you about material delays. For destinations outside the UK, available services and prices are confirmed at checkout; import duties and customs charges may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery problems

If your delivery is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, email info@playerprep.co.uk with your order number so that we can investigate. Your statutory rights are not affected by this information.
